This policy describes how Envize ("we") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit envize.tech or submit our contact form.

What we collect

Contact form submissions: your name, email, optional company, service interest, and the message you send. We receive the submission by email and store it only for as long as needed to reply and, if a relationship begins, to administer the engagement.

Analytics: when analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated traffic data (pageviews, referrer, device type, approximate geography). GA4 uses IP anonymization and does not set third-party advertising cookies on this site.

Server logs: standard request logs (IP, timestamp, URL, user agent) are retained for operational and security purposes, typically for up to 30 days.

Legal basis

We process contact-form data to respond to your inquiry (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps). Analytics and server logs are processed under legitimate interest for operating and improving the site.

Sharing

We share data only with processors necessary to run the site: our email provider (Resend), analytics (Google), and hosting infrastructure. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and object to processing, by emailing hello@envize.tech. If you're in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.
